Code of Conduct

KRG’s Employees, Contractors and Suppliers shall:

  • Act in the best interest of and fulfil their fiduciary obligations to KRG and all its stakeholders;
  • Act honestly, fairly, ethically and with integrity; Act in good faith, responsibly, with due care, competence and diligence, without allowing their independent judgment to be subordinated;
  • Disclose potential conflicts of interest that they may have regarding any matters relating to KRG;
  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information relating to the affairs of the Company acquired in the course of their services except when authorized or legally required to disclose such information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of Customer’s Data and comply with all data protection laws, also the assets of KRG shall not be misused and they will secure KRG and Customer’s data against unauthorized access or use.
  • Not to use Company’s property, information, data or opportunities for personal gain; and
  • Act in a manner to enhance and maintain the reputation of KRG Technologies Inc.
  • Shall not employ children and shall not use forced or slave labour of any type (e.g. bonded, indentured, prison, or involuntary labour).
  • Shall not discriminate against any employee, applicant for employment, independent contractor or any other person because of race, colour, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, age or sex.
  • The Code is to be affirmed by KRG’s Employees, Contractors and Suppliers upon their start of the services. Likewise, all KRG’s Employees, Contractors or Suppliers reaffirm their adherence to the above Code of Conduct till the end of their services with KRG.
